WWII Blister Card This exceptional collection recalls the most far-reaching event of the 20th century. The attack on Poland on 1st September 1939 led to the inception of the Second World War in Europe. The war in Asia had already been raging at this stage since 7th July 1937. Following 6 long years of war, the weapons throughout Europe were silenced on 8th May 1945. The struggle in Asia persisted up to the surrender of Japan on 2nd September 1945. This collection consists of 5 expertly-chosen artifacts which were in circulation during the years of the Second World War. It includes coins from Germany, Italy, UK and USA and a stamp from Russia.
